Tony Johnson is a city planner in Saint Paul’s Department of Planning and Economic Development. He is the liaison planner for the Frogtown and Summit-University neighborhoods. In his role as a city planner he works on neighborhood planning issues in his assigned districts as well as citywide projects. Prior to working at the Department of Planning and Economic Development, he worked at The Department of Safety and Inspections as a zoning and licensing inspector. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in urban studies with minors in landscape design and planning and geography.
